At Couture USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your item is not exactly what you expected, we offer a straightforward 14-day return window for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure the Security Tag

  Ensure the original Couture USA security tag remains attached; items with tampered or removed tags are ineligible for return.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the item in its original packaging including all dust bags and authenticity cards, then apply our prepaid shipping label to the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
